Gifts to fund capital projects, such as the College of Medicine at our Health Care Campus at Lake Nona, and the Harris Corporation Engineering Center (pictured above) on our main campus are critical to UCF as we continue to develop our physical infrastructure. These gifts support a wide range of specific endowment, construction, and funding needs on our campuses. While capital gifts are most often in the form of cash or securities, they may also include gifts of real estate, appreciated property, limited partnerships, and a variety of planned giving options.

UCF's student population continues to grow at a rapid pace and we need additional new and enhanced facilities to keep pace. During the previous capital campaign, 19 buildings benefited from capital project gifts.
