Becky Fullmer is Assistant Vice President for Advancement Services. In her role, Becky leads the ITS, Prospect Development, and Records and Gifts teams. Most recently, she was at the University of Cincinnati, where she held the title of Assistant Vice President and Campaign Director. Becky has 20 years of experience in designing and driving organizational growth and performance improvement strategies, with much of her time spent in fundraising for large and complex organizations. Before joining the UC team in 2017, Becky spent several years in prospect development at The Ohio State University. Her prior experience also includes work in non-profit compliance, administration, and communications.

Becky has her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The Ohio State University and is currently working towards her Ph.D. in Quantitative and Mixed Methods Research Methodology. She also has a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Indiana University School of Philanthropy and is experienced with BBCRM.
