The Prospect Development team earned a Sapphire Aspire Award from the Association of Advancement Services Professionals (aasp) for “Activity to Impact: Measure Like a Gift Officer,” for their methodology in developing and displaying metrics that demonstrated the impact of their work, individually and as a team, in relation to fundraising outcomes.

This methodology was recently presented at the 2022 APRA Prospect Development international conference in Atlanta in a session titled, “Activity to Impact: Measure Like a Fundraiser,” delivered by Sr. Director, Kim Walz, Associate Director, Kate Verret and Assistant Director, Cheyenne St. Julian.

Seventeen organizations were awarded across five categories. In the area of prospect development, eight submissions were reviewed by an expert panel, and four were chosen for awards.

aasp designed the Aspire Awards program to recognize and acknowledge the outstanding and innovative solutions that advancement services professionals are forging to solve the complex challenges facing their organizations.

The Prospect Development team will present their work again at the APRA Florida conference on October 20-21, 2022.
